Mini Cocoa Pancakes {gluten-free}

Ingredientes

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon almond protein *
  • 1 tablespoon pure cocoa powder link on top
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar link on top
  • Raspberries
  • Chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 square dark chocolate melted (> 85%)
  • Coconut oil for spreading
  • *or isolate whey protein or almond flour

Preparação

  • Mix eggs with coconut sugar.
  • Add the ground flaxseed, the almond protein and the cocoa.
  • In a non-stick skillet, add a little coconut oil.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of the mixture and let cook about 30sec on each side.
  • Repeat the process for the remaining mass.
  • Serve with raspberries, chopped hazelnuts and dark chocolate melted!
