Preheat the oven to 180ºC and grease a 4 muffin pan with coconut oil.
In a bowl, beat eggs with yogurt and almond drink. Add coconut oil.
In another bowl, mix dry ingredients: flax meal, coconut flour, cocoa whey protein, cocoa, baking powder and coconut sugar.
Gently stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Add cocoa nibs and stir.
Allow the batter to rest for about 10 minutes.
Put the dough in the forms, not fully filled. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with melted dark chocolate!
